Industrial Serial Server

Overview

The Industrial Serial Server converts RS232/485 serial devices to IP networks for rapid connectivity. Lingqi’s serial server is available in 1-port, 2-port, 4-port, and 8-port configurations, with baud rates from 300bps to 460800bps, compatible with meters, PLCs, VFDs, and measurement and control devices. It supports TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, Modbus RTU/TCP gateway, and HTTPD modes, with a complete TCP/IP protocol stack including ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, and HTTP.

The device provides 15kV ESD protection and 4kV surge protection, passing power industry EMC Level 4 tests for reliable operation in substations and distribution rooms with strong electromagnetic interference. The built-in web configuration interface eliminates the need for dedicated software — all settings including IP address, operating mode, and serial parameters are configurable through a browser. Remote firmware upgrade support enables convenient feature expansion and security patching.
