Lingqi’s Power Grid Connection Security Solution provides comprehensive cybersecurity protection for substation communication systems, strictly complying with China’s National Development and Reform Commission Order No. 14 (Security Protection Regulations for Power Monitoring Systems) and Level 3 Classified Protection (等保三级) standards. The solution delivers dual-layer defense: vertical encryption authentication for data transmitted between substations and dispatch centers, and horizontal physical isolation between the production control zone and the management information zone.

The vertical encryption layer uses national cryptographic algorithms (SM2/SM3/SM4) and digital certificate authentication to encrypt IEC 60870-5-101/104 and IEC 61850 communication end-to-end. The horizontal isolation layer implements physical-level, network-level, and application-level isolation to block unauthorized access and malicious attacks. Lingqi industrial firewalls provide gigabit line-rate processing with deep packet inspection (DPI) capable of identifying and filtering specific industrial protocol commands, preventing both misoperations and malicious control instructions.
