Spirit Gateway PBox1120-4G

Overview

The Spirit Gateway is Lingqi’s ultra-compact industrial protocol conversion gateway, designed for field-level device networking and legacy equipment digitalization. The device is roughly the size of an adult palm yet fully supports bidirectional conversion between Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 101/104, DLT645, and MQTT protocols. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A7 processor with an optimized protocol stack, the Spirit Gateway achieves data acquisition cycles as low as 200ms and supports simultaneous management of 128 terminal devices.

The gateway supports both wired and wireless dual-channel communication with built-in 4G full-netcom and Wi-Fi modules for redundant link reliability. Full configuration is completed through a web-based visual interface, with typical deployments going from unboxing to commissioning in just 15 minutes. Local data cache stores 7 days of history during network outages, with automatic retransmission upon reconnection. With its extremely small footprint, simple configuration, and high cost-performance ratio, the PBox1120-4G Spirit Gateway is the preferred solution for small to medium-scale industrial equipment networking.
