Overview

Lingqi’s Industrial Communication Gateway Applications provide a universal protocol conversion and data aggregation platform for multi-industry heterogeneous networking. Lingqi gateways support over 400 industrial communication protocols including IEC 61850 (client/server), IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus RTU/TCP (master/slave), DLT645, BACnet (IP/MSTP), OPC UA (DA/HA/XML), MQTT (publisher/subscriber), PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, HJ/T212, and many more. Any protocol can be bidirectionally converted to any other, enabling seamless data exchange between devices, controllers, SCADA systems, and cloud platforms that would otherwise be unable to communicate.

The gateways feature a visual point-table configuration tool that allows engineers to map data points between protocols through a web interface — no coding required. Data refresh cycles are as fast as 100ms, meeting real-time monitoring requirements for even the most demanding applications. With support for up to 500+ terminal devices per gateway and terabyte-scale local storage, the solution scales from small facility-level deployments to large utility-grade installations. Dual redundant Ethernet and dual-SIM 4G backup ensure carrier-grade communication reliability.

Applications span the full industrial landscape: power utilities using IEC 61850 and IEC 104 for substation automation; building management systems using BACnet for HVAC and lighting control; manufacturing plants using Modbus and OPC UA for production line data; and environmental agencies using HJ/T212 for emissions monitoring.
