Overview

Lingqi’s Environmental Monitoring & Smart Environmental Protection solution provides compliant, reliable data acquisition and transmission for environmental monitoring applications. The solution supports the HJ/T212 (Chinese national environmental protection standard) protocol for communication between pollution monitoring devices and environmental protection bureaus, alongside Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA, and MQTT for connecting to field sensors and cloud platforms. Lingqi gateways act as the central data hub, collecting emissions data from CEMS (continuous emission monitoring systems), wastewater quality analyzers, dust monitors, and VOC detectors.

Data integrity and compliance are at the core of the solution. Gateways perform local data logging with tamper-proof storage, timestamp synchronization, and automatic retransmission to ensure complete audit trails. Real-time data is simultaneously reported to environmental protection authority platforms via HJ/T212 and mirrored to enterprise O&M systems via MQTT or OPC UA for internal monitoring and analysis. The gateways support 4G, Ethernet, and dual-channel redundant communication to guarantee uninterrupted reporting.

This solution is deployed in hundreds of monitoring stations across China, covering industries such as chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, power generation, and waste incineration. It helps enterprises maintain continuous compliance with environmental regulations while providing operational teams with the real-time data needed to optimize emissions control processes.
